There are a few requirements for this class as well as your sewing kit & a sewing machine . You will need a long needle, small black beads or buttons for the eyes and paper or card for templates. In terms of fabric, you will need 3/4 metre for the body, 3 x 1/2 metre of coordinating fabrics for the tails & wings, 1/2 metre polyester wadding, 1/4 metre yellow fabric for the legs & feet & beak, 3/4 metre calico for the lining, odd pieces of red felt and polyester stuffing.Spinning Weal will provide the linen thread for the binding of the legs and the wire for the bags & feet.
