A 2 day workshop with a 2 week gap for homework.
My bear is made of an old shirt & tie but could be made from any clothing items .. ie a dress & scarf if in memory of a special lady, or could also be made with your daughter’s or son’s baby / child clothes to remind you of their early years.
Please make sure your sewing machine has been regularly serviced & please bring the manual .
Requirements:
-Old clothing to provide 1/2 metre fabric for the main part and pieces of another fabric item for the nose, inner ears and feet .
-Sewing machine needles size 80 & 100
-Thread to match fabric… cotton or polyester
-1/4 metre wadding . Cotton & polyester mix 80/20
-Soft toy filling … I use a cheap polyester filled pillow
-2 eyes
