We accept returns, and will pay postage when goods are incorrect or defective. Please call the shop first on 01275 876000 to make arrangements.

Class Bookings Terms and Conditions

1. You may book via our website or by telephone, or in person at the shop.

2. Full payment will be required to secure your place.

3. Workshop fees are not transferable to other workshops.

4. If you are unable to attend, please let us know immediately. We can only refund if a replacement is found.

5. If we are obliged to cancel any classes, your money will be refunded in full.

Bookings for workshops are taken on the understanding that you have read and accepted the above terms and conditions.

Please ask for the requirements list when you book a workshop.
